Awesome, the map is finally completed 
It was a wonderful experience helping niver to make this map, the bot support is really good and the best part is that bots can now lift jump !!! , many thanks to Buggie for helping with the code and everyone that playtested the map
If anyone is curious, here is how the original UT4 map used to be :
it's very sad that the original map was never completed, but at least we have the map for UT99
and by the way, the map does use a song from UT4, it's one of my favorite UT4 tracks

oh, that's a Special Event connected to triggers beneath the elevators that kill anyone that touches them, to make sure nobody gets stuck inside the lifts

@Aspide I must say the UT99 version looks much more colourful and interesting. AND you can get much higher on this new version.
