For some reason the downloads have not been working on this site for me 
EDIT: I have them downloaded in .jpg. I suppose I could convert them all one by one as well.

I've been googling for awhile now and can't seem to find the Evillair textures I had downloaded from this site once in .pcx or .utx format. I'm thinking the set I'm looking for is evil4. If anyone has a link it would be greatly appreciated. For some reason the downloads have not been working on this site for me

Or you could use a program that converts them all by itselft, I use ACDSee.
Back to the topic, you shouldn't convert those jpg since they have less quality than the original files, you can still find the original pack. Have you tryed in the Wadfather?
