Post by Emandion »

First and foremost I have to give HUGE props to rohitggarg for fixing some two BSP holes I couldn't sort out. Thanks a lot for that, buddy :D

Time taken: Oh god, don't ask
Setting: Desolate factory with the odd sludge pit lay around.
Gametypes: CTF
Designed for: Multiplayer
Bots supported?: No
Weapons included: All except Redeemer

Feel free to post any reviews, praises or criticisms you feel like. Also if you find any problems, please don't hesitate to post up those so they can be fixed.
Possibly a DOM soon to come, if I decide where the Control Points should go.

It sucks when you release your map all happy and noone comments, so here I am to bump this up! ^^

Download and played the map mate, I have a thing for gigantic rooms maps, I don't really like them, too much space IMO. But about your map in particular.

Liked the general theme you made, some zones could use some more detailing and some could use a better lightning, but I'm talking about my personal likeness here. The map looks great and plays neat, good job! =D

Yeah... i remember this. d/l-ed it played it, but after that i forgot to post.
Too bad you removed the flowing slime from those pipes.
The map is really big. Not as big as DM-BathroomSE but it could use some redeemers in it. Big maps demand big weapons :P
I can't say that I hate this map or love this map. There are thoulsands of maps like this and I'd play any of them on any server.

No Bot Support :O
I can add it, if you want. Probably only take me an hour.

That would actually be wonderful..
I never figured out how to work bots properly..
Sometimes they'd just jump off high ledges or not use lifts properly and such, even if I meticulously placed the pathnodes.. So I figured I guess people would rather a map with no bot support than a map with really crummy bot support..
