BT-ZeldaQuest

Post by INF3C71ON »

This was a project that took me quite a while to finish. I used an open source hi-rez texture pack and manually converted them all for use in uED. I also used actual music and sound effects from the game to complete it. Took me about 3-4 weeks to make and it was a great challenge getting everything proportionate with the actual game.

FIXED download link! ENJOY!!! http://www.filedropper.com/zelda

Ok, this looks really good.
Self made textures, third party highres textures for the original game (emulator)?
About to be non-active
My very last UT map project: CTF-FacePalm (tropical CTF-Face remake)
Why do I leave? click here
What I want to do next: Joining an UDK team (uncertain however) and improve 3D modelling and texture editing skills
Thanks to those who visibly supported me until/at the end!

also forgot to mention that the windmill blades do spin and the inside of the windmill mechanism also spins and the goron jar in the bottom of the city also spins. these things all correspond with the gameplay.

One thing directly at the start.
I already had a BT_Legends_of_Zelda.uax package in my sounds folder. Your one = 200 KB, my "older" one = around 5 MB. If you use 3rd party packages which were not created by your own, for the love of god, dont overwrite them like here. It seems you saved the package only with the sounds you used in your map. Dont do something like that. Either supply the package fully and unchanged or mylevel it. And now I will check your map^^

It looks really nice, mostly from the well selected textures. To the gameplay I can not say anything, I am not able to play any of those BT maps anyway. However, checked the map in the ed. It has really an interesting style for a BT map.
