maybe you mean vertex mesh. (sometimes i also call them static mesh by mistake).
you may download MeshMaker. It can turn prefabs into meshes from the exported .t3d-s.
As far as i know there are also some plugins/programs exist that can export models from 3Dstudio.
Using meshmaker you can create simple decos with ease. However if you want very complex geometry or even meshes deforming and moving, you will have to do some modelling...

i have 3ds2unr-t3d-aseto3d-..but it convert files! my files 'avres.a3d-avres.3d' i want to 'avres.u' lol it is very hard!

In UnrealED 2.1 (which introduces static meshes) you have to select different brushes and then right-click on the brushes and select "Convert" => "To Static Mesh".
Then you can select it in the Mesh browser. If you want to add it to the world you right-click on a surface of a brush and select "add xxx". xxx is the name you have chosen before when you created the Static Mesh.
However, I'm not familiar with the UnrealED 2.1. If you have further questions about it, please ask the creators (e.g. Smirftsch), the testers (e.g. Creavion) or read the articles from this website. Also, oldunreal.com is a better place for Unreal(and its editor)-related questions, since ut99.org is a forum for Unreal's multiplayer spin-off UT.

Baaah, I should do this like on oldunreal. In general the rule applies AT LEAST FROM NOW ON if anybody dares on the forum asks for warez. BAN! This is now said you are warned. I know stuff members are always the assholes, but this is just how it is.
