Ah, I was about to post and say about a few things, the lack of trims being the main one. Then I read again and saw that you made it in 2 days, so now I understand. However, I still think you need to have a look at the trims. This is what I'm working on atm. Firstly, I'm no expert, but it might show you what I mean. Secondly, it's a BT map, not CTF, but again, I think the principle applies - more detailed trims please! Particularly for the Egypt theme, I think the 45 degree angle on trims works quite well.

Thanks in advance for answering the above question!

GenMoKai wrote:I checked your map... well at least the video... The idea is cool to be honest, but there are some things you have to change i think...

1. Its very cubic
2. Not that many decorations (long boring corridors)
3. Very bad lighting for so far

In my eyes it only looks like a layout. You can pump up the trims/decorations ;) I think the gameplay should be kept this way though. Its fast and chaotic. Some people love that of course. And that jumppad is also a cool thing (i might change that texture for something else though... cause it doesnt looks/feels like an ancient/egyptian jumppad thingy)

If you want to, i can help you a bit with that map. Ancient/egyptian stuff or small CTF maps are more my thing to make i gues...

Like i said ^^

I'm from Belgium, we always give that kind of critizm, sorry if it does not bother you! ^^

Hey after being inactive for a long while I think I will start to create some stuff for UT again :) It has always been my #1 game <3

Regarding this map, I will try to finish it and polish it a bit but do please mind I'm actually still a low level mapper, this was I think my first playable CTF map. (Before I made about 4 BunnyTrack maps)
