I don't remember who it was but about a month or so back someone was asking how to go about setting up spawn points so that team players only popped up in their own team's side of the map. Well, looking for maps I found this:
http://www.mapraider.com/maps/?fileid=4969
Inside the .zip for the map is a file which does just that.
Hope it helps...whoever.

Re: Spawning in team locations
Or you use this tutorial ... http://www.birrabrothers.com/drac/index.php?dsps=108 ...
PlayerStarts in CTF:
You probably want players to start at different positions in a CTF level.
When you open the properties window for playerstarts you have a option
under "PlayerStart", "TeamNumber" which specify what team it belong to.
"0" for the red team and "1" for the blue team.

Re: Spawning in team locations
I chat with Drac now and again. Just this last year he redid all his tutorials and added a lot of good information as well as example maps. Between he and Wolf there isn't any question they don't answer.

Re: Spawning in team locations
I hadn't even seen Drac's site until sometime after (a year or 2) I started mapping.
I chatted a lot with Wolf and Inoxx in the early days of UT.
They were both very helpful.
Inoxx was especially helpful with AI and graphics.
(Inoxx authored CTF-Face and other hits for those of you who don't know)
There were others also that were very good.
One that comes to mind is Gator of Gator's Bad House - one of the first UT sites for mapping - hosted by FilePlanet.
A very good and helpful guy and he had a coder friend - they both worked for Intel.
He lived in Portland OR - not too far from JackGriffen.
Ah, memory Lane!
