A little leak peak of my W.I.P!

Not even ready, got some more plans to do. ;)
However, this is the best map I've ever built so far than any other map I made (including non-released maps.)

My AS map is in limbo atm (too damn big) so i'm doing another CTF, inspired by archane temple by shane caudle, except obviously streamlined a lot but hopefully will retain the spirit of the original somewhat -- with a new middle section... i did do a first cut single brush low-poly terrain and it was 1k+ after optimization so i may have to toss the idea of using terrains in this map - dunno, for now i'll just use a few cubes as placeholders and see if can even get the layout for this together in less than 400k...

@chamberly - it will be nice to see it with lighting :)

still lots of folks not showing anything yet .... post some progress screenies guys !!!!!

Haha... sure, FNB.

Things left to do:
Botpathing
Level Screenshot
512K-mapname
Pick a stock .umx
and Less than 512kb in size???????
With the mention to reduce map size from 1st page?

Other options I have in mind:
If there is enough room left (map size), I'll build another room to add on.
Keep in mind, there is already a secret in this map.

lol Papercoffee, where is your's? :P

Screenies? Aww but it's so much more fun when it's a surprise!

I'll probably finish this one. I have a couple other novelty ideas that I might take a crack at. Time permitting!

Please avoid double posts... you can edit your post instead ;)

I don't get the layout of your map... is it a mirror match arena?

It's a mirror-symmetry CTF map. Kind of a gimmicky idea, but so far it seems pretty fun. :D
The 3D view is looking up from below.

Sorry about the double post!

To make it clear again.
In simple terms the player connecting to the server should only receive 1 file per map.
Custom content is allowed but must be MyLeveled. That also includes music (why I posted about the top quality mini music files I have).
There should be no extra music or resource files included in your ZIP/RAR, because they will be inside the UNR file.
Any standard resources or music, does not need to be MyLeveled or included, because people already have it.

Rocky, I have looked inside SwJumppad, and it is full of documentation.
Possibly the raw code will be small enough on its own.
As you would not be distributing a modified version in a way that people can scrape from servers, it may be an acceptable solution, as credit can still be given in the readme.
