When this place had a 512K contest back in 2014, I thought I would try my hand, but it turns out I am not that good at staying below a file size. However, my loss is your gain because I came out with 2 maps that are fun to play! I tried uploading them to some sites, but they are buggy or don't work anymore, so hopefully these dropbox links will suffice for now.
The first is a fast paced Shane Church style map, and the second is supposed to be "Xan's backup arena" when Hyperblast is in the garage...I was shooting for a Viridian meets Hyperblast vibe.

Contest fails were you saying !?
I'm gonna complete my playground with BOTH these Levels.
Edit:___
I've generated info files for MapVote Info button "htm" files so to speak.

DM-Xailyn is a failed attempt at a 512K map during the contest back in 2014.
This is an interconnected Shane Church map and to cut down on brush usage I just used those stained glass windows as lights.
I unfortunately couldn't keep it within the constraints of the competition, but it does make for a fun, albeit ugly, DM experience!
I named the map after a female character a friend and I were going to use in a humorous ripoff of Lord of the Rings. Enjoy!
This is another map I made for the 512K contest at ut99.org.
This is a land based version of Hyperblast with weapon and item placement similar to the original map.
As an homage to Xan, it features a Xan hologram that taunts the competitors as they battle!
Re: Two of my 512K contest fails!
Thanks a lot! I have a few more maps to release here and my mapping days are possibly over for good, unless I find some time and the mapping bug bites me again. I have my "magnum opus" still yet to release though! Hopefully it will trump Deck 420!
