W00t mapping

Does anybody know how is a w00t map defined. Is it just kickers and special textures or something else?

They have an actor called bCancelFall or something like that, where you could jump off the red tower CTF-Face with like 20 health and land without getting hurt. Basically, it prevents any fall damage, of course, you could edit how much percent of fall damage you will not sustain.
