Taking something out of UT and use it in your own products would be a license infringement against the licensee and third party copyright holder.
If you use the sounds from a music file on UT for your own product you won't be in trouble.
I want to use it in tutorials, UT projects, perhaps some UT Stuff I'm making. Nothing commercial. Then it is ok right?

This doesn't count for Companies like Epic. Same for Google pictures ... even so everyone uses them doesn't mean Companies can use them without trouble.

Then it should be OK. Just to be on the safe side credit Epic for the used sounds if you upload a video/tutorial.
