My Timelapse Superplay Project

Post by UTNerd24 » Tue Nov 01, 2016 11:00 am

Hey everyone. So I just had an idea, but I need some pointers before I can put it into action.

So this video has inspired me to make my own "TAS" of UT99. I have a vague idea of how I plan it to turn out, but Ill need your advice.
I plan to do a standard Deathmatch, playing under "Slomo 0" and then replaying the recorded footage at normal speed, resulting in Inhuman reflexes. In other words, I'll be playing as Loque.

First of all, I will need a mod/tool that can make recordings of matches. Hopefully, by recording the demo in Slomo 0 and then playing it at normal speed, my inputs will be twice as fast. If that works, I'll record the results via FRAPS.

So... Whadya say guys? Is that possible? Sorry if its a bit hard to understand, but im sure some people will be able to make sense of my gibberish.

EDIT: Im unsure if this is the correct board for this topic. If not, you are more than welcome to move it elsewhere.
I've been playing UT for so long it's practically tradition.

Well... I don't know.
This video doesn't look that impressive, especially because this is a trick.

A Trick?
I have no intentions of cheating. And besides, my UT has so many mods it cant really play online anyway. All this is, is a bit of experimenting and messing around.

Ah... no no, you misunderstood. A trick, a video trick not a cheat. This is totally not usable online. Calm down
