Kew, the creator of Illhaven Saga, as well as various other custom maps for Unreal and multiple other games, has returned to create a rework/remastered version of his most popular Unreal creation as well as include new maps.

I'll get this added to the coop server tonight and available in mapvote. I probably won't update the hub map until next week to add it.

UT as well, of course. I can tell you in advance, even without knowing it actually. Most remaining single player modder take good care of making their work compatible with UT as well (which obviously means, 227 features are not really used ...).

As long as it wasn't designed for U227 solely (it wasn't!), this will also work for UT users. I will defintely check it out sometime.

Update for those who downloaded the whole pack. I reuploaded the whole pack with this map fix included too.

Had to fix a bsp bug that I caused when rebuilding the map to fix a small hom. The "black door" is also fixed now.

This is it. Some maps will be updated later by Kew (will take some time though, since lighting will be reworked too), like the illhaven markettown and such (the last few maps). He wanted to put it out there on July 1st though even if some stuff was partially unfinished. But it is all playable and completable anyway, all maps have ending and can be finished in coop too although some might be confusing.

Leo, that sounded more harsh than I meant. I apologize for that, I just wanted to wait and experience this when it was 'done' and not before. There are probably very few people more excited about playing this than I am if you want the honest truth. I'm reserving early tomorrow morning as my time so I can properly enjoy this.

I put it on the coop server but I still need to swap out the 4 map. Do I need to alter the coop controller to point the teleporter on the 3 map?

The last few maps(which were criticized for unfitting in SP apparently) actually play the best in coop, lots of monsters and lots of optional buildings to go. Just fun. But even many of the older maps just play better now too.
I don't think there is any alteration needed, the map is named the same after all, unless you mean updating the coop portal so it goes to map 3 which is illhaven hub.

Edit:
And yet another fix, this time rather critical, the 115 cratered UT players at one spot due to different physics, it was Bsp bug but normally not noticable in Unreal, unless you jumped around at the place. illhavenfinalhotfix.rar

One more update, just updated previous archives, redownload please, at least the hotfix file, you might need to clear your browser cache though.
