With mention that if you make advanced settings and your hardware doesn't have all required resources will deliver a nice system error and long as those drivers don't have too many sanity checks.

The error comes with the Original galaxi driver, you just have too install the omp driver wich added those 2 fmod and alaudio driver,.
You just have to select one of those and the error goes away like forever so.

If you think you have what it takes to write tutorials, you should at least make the effort to spell the words correctly.
Anyone that tries to translate it into their own language will be faces with a bunch of nonsense.
English is my primary language and I have to re-read what you say before it is clear.

Every web browser has a dictionary/spell-check.
Every smart-phone has a dictionary/spell-check.
USE IT.

*EDIT*
Actually I just re-read it again, and I understand it less each time.
You have not explained what anything is, or why things are what they are.
This is just instructions on how to install more renderers. and is valid for any if you realise what you are doing.

You could reduce this whole "tutorial" into 2 lines of text.
1) Download and install this "Oldunreal Multimedia Pack"
2) Edit UnrealTournament.ini and set the renderer to AudioDevice=ALAudio.ALAudioSubsystem

Or if you were feeling brave, 1 line of text;
1) Download and install this "Oldunreal Multimedia Pack". Inside you will find the detailed instructions for Unreal, which also work for UT99.

Done.

NOTE: The Tilde key does not open the console for all people. Different counties have different layouts. eg. on a UK keyboard I have to press `

And the biggest issue here is not your spelling, it's the fact that you don't really know what you're talking about. Your intentions might be pure, but I'd suggest keeping that "knowledge" to yourself until you feel like you know enough to actually debate the subject. And "I know it because someone else said it" is not enough.

The fact is if you don't know to configure these new drivers you'll encounter system errors. If configuration is done properly they do work as should. These drivers still do need sanity checks added. If you set things which doesn't exist in your audio card they heads even to a blue screen freezing system. Right now, on an older machine I have FMod - operational, but messing with settings it heads to a system crash not only UT crash which is not funny. Beside this I don't really trust that story with 48kHz, UT sounds are 22kHz in original. Creating samples for 48kHz might head to screwed sounds because from a low resolution creating a higher one means "guessing data" and I cannot be sure if I'm wrong here - I was processing media stuff in the past - movies for older machines. From a higher resolution to a lower one you just cut samples - more easy.

the Galaxy driver has issue...i v tested it on version 436.

If we play with bots for a little while and then press the esc key to exit the menu, then there will be no sound in the menu ... or it will be very quiet ... how to fix this for version 436? maybe the galaxy driver uses some kind of dll in the game and we need to update the dll files? like the game is running out of memory for sounds...

New version of galaxy driver i havent seen.
