some advice please on how to do a couple of changes to server

hi guys and girls is there anywhere here or online elsewhere that can help.
what im looking for is when im in game and other people are in our server and they type !ts or !f it will take them to teamspeak and also forum I hope this makes sense

ServerAdds is just the mod to announce these messages periodically. You need other mods to actually react to the commands.

You are probably looking for NexgenSendToWebsite to open webpages and NexgenTeamSpeakConnector to link the server to a teamspeak server. Note that these plugin require the Nexgen Server Controller.
