tutorial? Low Graphics

Hello I wonder if anyone knows how to drive down the maximum Graphics: P.because whith low Graphics Ut has a better performance and is easier to play online so the lag and ping.

in all forums i can find raising the maximum Graphics extent as here and vsto http://www.ut99.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=373 but never to lower the performance lag etc ...

if anyone has a tutorial or something to be able to download or to see would be perfect for many people: P

An abacus, obviously.

Just buy a generic video card and a stick of RAM and it will never be an issue again. Man, I'd think on-board graphics and resident ram would be enough in any of the machines of the last few years (with the exception of netbooks).
