I was about to create a package where Armor, Health Pack, ShieltBelt, ThighPads, are in it together.

You might want to do a replacement mutator then. Look at the mods download page in my home: www.gopostals.com and grab "TheEraser". There is a source sheet there that you can follow to do simple replacements in a map.
If this isn't what you want to do, clarify it and I'll go another route.
