Help with new ut99 server

We need help making our new UT 99 server.

We want like 4 or 5 bots when there is 1 player playing. How do we do that?

Also, how do we get our clan logo on the MOTD lie "You are playing on TNS-Gaming.com" for example. Thanks

All easy stuff, and I can certainly help with this.
I have some great stuff to get you going and have a good server.
I have No time at this moment, but I will get back to you with this.
