5.1 audio with Asus DGX working?

Is there anyone who has 5.1 sound in UT99 with an Asus DGX card? Had it with my Creative Audigy but no longer with the Asus. Is it possible? If yes, how?

Which one? OpenAL, FMOD or Galaxy?

It depends on your soundcard and/or preference.
Galaxy with the EAX profiles if you play the original maps a lot.
OpenAL if you have good EAX support (use the ALCapsViewer tool to check).
FMOD if you can't get AL to work.

Make sure you have the latest drivers from ASUS or the chipset manufacturer.

Tried all 3 but all of them only produce stereo sound.

Post a screen-shot of the AlCapsViewer tool.
If you can't get surround sound out of even the Galaxy renderer, I think there is an issue with the Windows driver.
Check windows is actually not still set on Stereo!
