When bought that stick, try to convert in into Unreal/Ued. When that is done, be sure you set the jump height higher then normal 
Give the pogo stick to your character instead of the impact hammer Try to give them 2 ways to use the stick Right mouse button is a Rechargeable long jump and Left mouse button are some quick short jumps Have fun with it
