Mod weapons on classic UT

Ok so i would like to know how to use mod weapons on the classic ut. but not just any weapons! tactical ops mod weapons. i've seen it done before and i think it wuld be nice to try it out. thanks alot.

Recently i have been interested in Playing Strangelove on the KOA Servers, up until a few days ago I thought that basically there was no real skill involved in flying the rockets around the arenas, I was wrong . they have moded the strangelove Weapon which replaces the reedeemer, and have totally modded it to allow for Speeding up & Slowing down , Curved Fireing and disarming (std). Iam impressed. and would like to find this mod to the strangelove mod.

Using StuffSwapper, I've been able to figure out how to summon weapons from countless mods, but I STILL can't figure out Tactical Ops or Unreal Fortress...
