Does that server have some kind of garbage collector mutators running, or a Nexgen Server Controller with Performance Optimizer option enabled?

this server use custum weapons who work fine without XC Engine 25 and with Xc engine 24.

Nexgen Server Controller with Performance Optimizer option enabled? Nexgen112 don't have this option

after to have removed this : ServerPackages=MHhudbeta the server doesn't crash anymore.

I'll deal with collision problems in both UT and XC_Engine soon.
I have to check if I still have that map, otherwise a link to it would be nice.

This function was useful for huge maps where huge number of destroyed actors produced significant performance degradation (not sure if this is still actual for v469c with latest Collision Hash fixes).
Though, since this function calls a console command "obj garbage", it triggered a random crash in all UT99 versions from v436 to some build of v469 where the bug in Garbage Collector that was causing this crash has been fixed.

Also, since it rely to work with freed memory, memory layout matters for reproduce it, so comment ServerPackages=MHhudbeta not really mean it is responsible for crash.
Possible include it only change memory layout in way which lead to crash.

Welp, I feel better now. Been watching this thread and feeling bad since that hud mod is some really old work of mine. Glad it got solved and even more glad I didn't cause the crashes. OK, back to my cave....
