Just right now I've got kicked from my own server as well, it's not the first time, it happens occasionaly, from time to time, it also happens for other players as well:
[ACEv11f]: You have been kicked because of a timeout during the ACE checks.
[ACEv11f]: This is usually caused by severe connection problems.
[ACEv11f]: Try shutting down all programs that use a lot of bandwidth, memory or CPU time.

having the same problem running 469a client .. doesnt happen though when using 436 client for some reason.

For me it's the opposite lolz:
1.1f timeouts happens for 436 clients
1.2e timeouts happens for 432, 436, 451 clients
Didn't find timeouts for 469 clients so far...

Anyway after 469a client has come out, I switched from 436 to 469a to try it out, but I fallback to 436 due to 469a being too bugged.
The same happened with ACE, I tried 1.2e but it turned out to be bugged as well, so I fallback to 1.1f.
But 436 client and ACE 1.1f are bugged as well, but not as much as ACE 1.2e and client 469a
(sure, there are many issues fixed in ACE 1.2e and 469a client, but at the same time, new issues have been introduced, while some other issues didn't change like timeouts, despite every second version of ACE claims that some timeouts have been fixed)

OMG! Finally! After almost a year of pain of manually removing these hundreds of unwanted "not-kicking" logs which take hundreds of megabytes on disk and litter the whole log folder...I have become a free man! It's obvious that such debug logs should be optional, not compulsory! And now the irony part: happiness didn't last too long because I had to fallback to ACE 1.1f due to the ACE 1.2e & ATBHighscores Board bug. OMG! lolz

Though I play in linux I fired up UT99 GOTY from Steam in Proton and ACE kicked me from my server for the checksum on one of the standard Microsoft files (msvcrt.dll maybe?). Just FYI that people trying to play through Steam+Proton will be kicked.
