Nope, it's not mine. Changes to font goes to a new HUD, changes to string is doable by client itself as follows:
Get you favorite Application for editing text type files. Open application and Open file called BotPack.Int
or "INT" or "int" or how it's named in your System (default location) from your UT game, alternate method >> press SHIFT + RightClick on BotPack.Int and pick option OpenWith if INT file is not associated with any text editing application for opening it directly, you might need it associated for other cute edits needed in 2018 post GameSpy's death.
If you have said file opened in that text editing tool, move to the bottom of file. Now you might want to edit a few things by adding some content at the bottom

In class ChallengeHUD there are some variables "localized" which can be configured by ANYONE and making a mutator for this task it's an useless brain-fart, all player can tweak the game how wants and not how a server is forcing things with "mutators" unless admin wants a different font but definitely string is PLAYER Option and it should Not Be SERVER Option. The string inside quotes can be replaced with any custom thing at player's will.
Notes: This string being a client-side will work ON-Line with "friendly" HUD types (where admin it's not used to screw up clients with his own madness). For me this chapter was not a big deal because I'm not really using it that much, it really doesn't matter how do looks that string, HUD has to be more clean as possible without rendering nonsenses - my personal opinion.
PS: Admins are not happy at double posting, you can use EDIT button withing 24 hours from last post and simply edit the post - except cases when splitting it's really needed.
