This is a remake of the UT2004 mutator going by the same name. Done by Raven, crashing bug fixed by [CENSORED]. The purpose is to make health vials a bit more usable, by allowing them to ferment like good wine when they're left alone. Fermented content heals the player up more. Of course, there is also a chance for the vial to become toxic, as in the original. Picking up a toxic vial will damage the player.
