Changes to 101x
---------------
Adjusted IpToCountry init to accept spectators.
Fixed 4 team scoreboard not switching on F3.
Added configurable AltLineColor in scoreboard options.
Removed 0's from Killtypes and Pickups.
Fixed flag Saves and 'Nice catch'.
Fixed F3 keybinding for Assault Objectives.
Added Assault scoreboard with objectives.
Note: version x is newer then versions(xa,xb,xc)

Hi, I have the feeling the Frag Counter isn´t working correctly on the new version.

When we play LMS, CTF, AS or DOM it displays our frags on very low level. Like 3 or 4. Sometimes even 0. Although it is obvious that we had more frags.

With DM it seemed to work. But with the other GameModes there were complications. Could you please crosscheck?

Just press F3 till you get the UT default scoreboard and make comparisons.
If there is a discrepancy take a pic of the 2 so we can see.
The 'Frag counter' is not done by SSB, but the UT Engine itself.
SSB just collects the information from the UT Engine and adds or subtracts the bonuses where necessary.
SSB does not use the Frag count but the Score count, except in CTF where we show both via a switching system.
Like in LMS, the Frags are the Lives, the Score is the kills and Deaths are standard. (UT Engine)

Did the last update fix the UTBots compatiblity with iptocountry?

In every gamemode except DM/TDM the default UT scoreboard is not showing only the kill count, but a mix between kills and score. In LMS without SSB, I just would know leftover lives, but not the kill count. So if I take a screenshot, it will not display my exact kills, right?

No, not completely.
I would have to modify UTBots to use a different messaging sequence and how to do that is another story :)

I have asked Que to try and help you out here as like I said a while ago, I am not a gamer and have no idea how the different scores work.
I get asked to do something and I code it accordingly.

But it did work properly in the previous versions, this is what makes me wonder.

So maybe you changed something in the kill counter in this version? I will try to provocate this behavior an then upload a screenshot


EDIT: There you go - I played 1on1 LMS against a Bot, 15 Lives each player.
At the beginning
At the beginning

After the match was over, it looked like this:
End of Match
End of Match
How can I have 0 kills? It must be 15, since I won the match.

It seems, however that the Bot´s kills are counted correctly

I checked the code and it would seem the Kills (which are the frags) are shared with the Multikills which get cleared on occasions.
Not sure why this is but will look into it.
In fact I seem to remember this problem being reported several months ago and I thought I had nailed it.
As for the other games like CTF, DM and TDM I have double checked and played for many hours this afternoon and could not find a fault.
DOM and Assault I rely on you guys to check, although they all use the TDM's scoreboard, score, frags and deaths.

Sorry, it was my bad!

In the .ini bExcludeBotsInStats was set to true. Therefore, the Kills for Bots were not counted.

I set it to true, now everything works fine.

i've done some tests and afaik there's no abnormalities to report.
have never tested bExcludeBotsInStats=True but assume that , thats what is causing your problems.
if there were any problems regarding LMS the @Rev would have commented by now. :shock:

Yes, my bad sorry. I thought this would remove Bots from the SmartSB Stats when you press F2.

But I was wrong, It stopped counting bot kills.


I set it now to false. And now everything works as suspected.
