BrightSkins Mutator
===================
This mutator for Unreal Tournament GOTY makes players appear fully lit and forces actors to render at full detail at all distances.
These settings can be toggled from the ini file.


Server Installation
===================
1. Copy BrightSkins21.u, BrightSkins21.int, and BrightSkins.ini to the System folder.
2. Copy BrightSkins21.u.uz to your redirect path (optional).
3. Add BrightSkins21.BrightSkins to your mutator list.
4. Add the following line to UnrealTournament.ini under [Engine.GameEngine]:
ServerPackages=BrightSkins21


Client Installation
===================
1. Copy BrightSkins21.u, BrightSkins21.int, and BrightSkins.ini to the System folder.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Nice you made it easier to grab for the people that need it, it's a hot item on pugs.

what is the correct way to use on the server?

Just run the Mutator. Get the name from the .int file.
Server side only so no need for Server package.

Is a great Mutator.

I'd wish 469> would replicate custom skins without the need of packages on clients. (connecing to a central db somewhere)
That would truly be amazing.

You ofcourse still need the feature to disable it, cause you don't want ''all'' skins to be replicated lol.
Or a blacklist.

I found it a little strange it seems that from a distance it gets a little blurry...
