Looking for a Mutator

If i remember correctly, if you headshot a bot an alien would spawn or a zombie or something

Does anyone know where I can find this?

The mutator is called Bad News! (yeah with the exclamation point). Headshots spawn monsters, multiple kills without dying spawn bigger more powerful monsters.

I'll poke around and see if I can find a place downloading it. Actually, haven't looked, but it might be here under mutators:
