Right click is alt-fire, right? I don't use the mouse to shoot except when I snipe.

LOL - Oh GAWD!
It's the Galtic Launcher and it is in the bpak.
A few MH maps where you can use it (the names are not 100% accurate):
Mh-First Try
MH-Killthemall
MH-ATAA (oh hell, i can't remember which version, but it's on top of the roof at the start).
They're fun to Alt-Fire onto walls & Ceilings and crash your video adapter!
