I've been playing UT for so long it's practically tradition.

Bat Thwap is my favorite. Now if only I could find a way to extract the .umod file for it... Lol.

There's two weapons mutators that I like.
1) The Bunny Bomber: an Unreal1 styled flak cannon that fires nali rabits. They hop around until they hit another player, whereupon they explode. If you fire them at somebody specific it almost works like a weapons lock.
2) The Teigan Gun: It fires a nearly unlimited number of 'Teigans' which is a redhaired girl styled after the Unreal1 female models. Hits with explosive force.

I find the Proxy Mines in Chaos UT pretty funny. 
The Miniclone Machine in SWWM also made me giggle.
But Volatile Weapons however can be a slapstick if used correctly.
