Was already tested and used in the -|Ts|- Face server.
Works on all gametypes and maps, and has to be setup as a mutator.

It doesn't include a readme, simply read the .ini file for some nice setup examples, these includes killing/kicking, piston camp check distance, timers and offense count.
Since faster player finding code was used checks are done more often, leaving less place for exploits.

If you want to add extra punishments, like losing the piston instead of dying, just tell and I'll extend the mutator's functionality,
