monster kill-point disabler mutator?

Post by heliumcat »

Is there a mutator out there that forcefully disables all possible ways to gain frags for killing monsters in any non-monsterhunt gametype?

Especially when used with Dropper, Bad News, Swarmspawn and Monsterspawn?

I approve.
Putting monsters in normal games should never be about score, just fun.

That's why I turn "can score" to false in all monsters I have placed in my maps.

If you use the gametypes I made for the UTSPFix project, there are options to configure
regarding scoring monster kills, scoring deaths by monster etc.

Info and download here: http://www.ecoop.tk/load/utspfix/1-1-0-42

Think it mostly works ok, but haven't looked at any of it or even played in quite a while now.

...Or download this...

ASLYE702-TWEAK-NOMONSTER Put this to your UT \System folder, run the game and type EXEC ASLYE702-TWEAK-NOMONSTER
Done, now you can play without any multikill messages. I set it invisible with an easy command.

Code: Select all

SET MULTIKILLMESSAGE DRAWCOLOR (R=0,G=0,B=0)
(R=0,G=0,B=0) - That's the black color but UT can't show the black colored texts.
Works offline and online.
