Does anyone know the name of this mutator?
Played on a LG Face only rocket server that has the UT3 CTF sounds - "Red flag taken, Red flag returned" etc.
Cant find it anywhere

The mutator is called FlagAnnouncementsV2 and makes use of an external audio package called DefaultAnnouncements.uax.
I noticed that on some CTF servers this audio package has been substituted by another one, called FlagAnnouncementsFix.uax. Anyway this package looks like to be bugged (2 sounds are inverted). When I installed a CTF server for TSF clan, I fixed it and saved it as FlagAnnouncementsFix2.uax.
These are the server packages and the server actor configuration in your System/UT.ini file:
[Engine.GameEngine]
...
ServerPackages=FlagAnnouncementsV2
ServerPackages=FlagAnnouncementsFix2
...
ServerActors=FlagAnnouncementsV2.FlagAnnouncements
...
The mutator FlagAnnouncementsV2 uses an FlagAnnouncements.ini config file, here you have to setup the audio package used:

bPickupAnnouncement=True
bDroppedAnnouncement=True
bReturnedAnnouncement=True
bDominatingAnnouncement=True

Also to ask.....at the start of each match you get a loud "UNREAL.......PLAY!" start sound from UT3.
And some very different hit sounds...I think from UT3 as well!
I don't suppose you know what files/sounds they are too please?

"Unreal" and "Play" sounds were both used in the past on ISC server ("Play" sound is still installed), I got them much time ago from UT3 audio. See the attached file, I hope this is what you're searching for.
You can collect your favorite sounds, build up your own server audio package (start/spawn/hit sounds) and use it with BunnyFooFooV5s mutator.
I'm sure you will do, UT3 sounds are easy to find around.Pileyrei wrote:I will find them!!
If you like so much UT3 sounds, you can even compile your local announcer package and then replacing the original one installed by the game (Sounds/Announcer.uax). I did it using the UT3 female announcer sounds, they are so sexy

It's a server side mutator which is not included in your ServerPackages list. It makes use of an .ini config file (BunnyFooFooV5s.ini) to setup many game params. One of the configurations is about media (sounds played during game). Take a look at this, it's the default config about media:
