How i can make a Arena Mutator?

I seen the editor the arena mutators but the scripts are in blank. :?
I can't copy them and change it a bit.
I don't know how to script but i know to modify a bit.

Do you know Arena Match by Wormbo?

Every installed weapon (except for the ChaosUT weapons) can be turned into a Arena game.
