It is just bug . When that heppends just zoom litle and u will fix that,like when u cant dodge just jump and dodge again.
All custom snipers have that bug. btw hiden weapons ftw old man

Oh, i remember i have seen this bug! Using some long range weapon and using FOV 1, the fired projectiles are going more down from the camera.

Only thing I can think of is just shooting a bunch of small players in my skin (Metal Guard, Female, Vixen, multi colored skin team) named Chamberlies?

Your trans is messing up because of the spawn offset that the weapon has. Zooming compounds that offset, creating your issue.
You can see this demonstrated in the default sniper rifle. If you look carefully you will see the rounds don't hit centered on the crosshair. If you stay still and activate the zoom then the rounds hit dead center. It will also move around some depending on whether you are using left/right/hidden weapon hand. All this is a result of the visual offset that's part of the way the HUD gets drawn compared to what it perceives the players vision center to be.
If you need this fixed Matt just drop me an email. I don't get over here much as I'm pretty much retired to Unreal coop and OldUnreal.
