Mr. Pants Excessive Overkill mod?

Hello,

I just started up a UT server for a few clan mates and myself and would like to install the Excessive Overkill mod but can't seem to find it in .rar extension. Does anyone know if it's out there in that file type or any ideas on how I can have it installed on my Gameservers slot?

I unzipped it and rezipped in with the .rar file extension
