Crysis is so heavy that only NASA computers can run it on full settings. :|

ive beated crysis in about a week :) To run it super high u'll need a intel core duo..or quad a 8800gtx with atleast 512mb of ram and atleast 1 gig of on board ram. I like the graphics..but theres still no translocator in it..lmfao

Anyways, regarding the crysis mod:

We already have a invisibility thing in ut99, we've got a armor, and for strength we've got our boots :). These ofcourse wear out according to the amount of time that you use it, example boots=3 jumps, Armor depends on hits taken, and invisibility is timed :)

Yeah its similiar to crysis..but we have to collect them to work it. If someone can come up with a weapon mod, to like right click and select each of those things..then we got crysis ut99 :)

Lastly, skin and maps..well skins are super ez and maps are not a big deal! As for vehicles, i believe someone had a nice mutator that allowed players to use vehicles in game..i think it was rosebum.com

crysis simply looks amazing. i love the game, the gameplay and the graphics of the game. crytek did a great job. a mod for ut99 would be totally senseless but really cool. so the video above looks interesting and quite good, i think. but playing the original crysis or far cry is the best think you could do.

Who would play a Crysis mod for UT99?
Maybe you can get those nanosuite things work but you won't be able to make such big outdoor maps for ut99. Such maps are part of the atmosphere of far cry and crysis, you can't just leave them out.

Some outdoor maps would be nice though (crev?)

I have seen that somebody has ripped that thing for UT04, somewhere on utzone.de in the downloads..
