Hopefully its their intention to clarify the income and percentage thing a bit more, also for the mobile part.
Aaand then return to the new UT project by giving the devs some more chance of earning serious dough of this tencent cookie right.

Because of the high volume of Fortnite transactions, we can process store payments, serve bandwidth, and support customers very efficiently.
Look at that Epic flexing... :lol2:

They're literally comparing themselves with Steam, and showing them the middle finger.
They had already shown the middle finger to Google as well.

It's what happens when you have enough money to swim in it and contract lifeguards to save you from drowning in it.

Epic's got ballz lol. Kinda lookin forward in seeing the store in action, likely (hopefully) gonna be integrated in the Epic Games Launcher so less instalations needed (yeah I'm lazy lol) :P

Epic always impress me with this, while EA and Ubisoft keep putting loot boxes and other greedy money grabbing schemes on FULL-PRICED GAMES, FFS, Epic help out giving away their assets for other devs, fair pricing on UE4 game publishing, and now it seems like this as well.

But yeah let's see what happens, if the service will be smooth it would already be better than Origin and UPlay for sure

I can't say I'm excited at the idea of having to register yet another account. I know I'm an old-fashion conservative stuck in the past, but it used to be you could walk down a store, buy the game and play. Now we all have the steam launcher constantly launched in the background and soon also the Epic one, and I'm sure some of you also have the Origin or Uplay client...

It's only launched in the background if you want them to.
None of the launchers I have installed are loading up during boot, they only load when I explicitly click them to load up.

(Although I don't remember if I just unticked an option during installation, or simply deactivated them in the boot list)

Epic Games ceases development of Unreal Tournament

Epic Games has stopped developing for Unreal Tournament. The latest iteration from the well-known arena shoot series remains free and available in online game stores, but the developer will not update the game. Unreal Tournament is still in the prealfa phase.

Tim Sweeney, Epic Games CEO, tells Variety that 'there is no longer any active working on Unreal Tournament'. According to him, the developer is planning to sell some of his older titles via GOG.com. What games are involved is not yet clear. Epic Games is also setting up its own online game store, which has to compete with Steam.

Unreal Tournament is the ninth iteration from the series. It was announced in 2014 and the community was closely involved in the development process. Unreal Tournament is based on the eponymous Unreal Engine 4, which was also developed by Epic Games.

The last major update came out in 2017. By that time, four complete maps and nine different modes were added to the game. In July of that year Fortnite came out and a few months later the now very popular battle royale mode. This now counts 200 million registered players.

Wanted to buy Fallout New Vegas (and I bought a used one hope it works). But here is what happens, got so mad not knowing if a used game will work and nobody here, helped me either, so I went o see all these "FREE" downloads places, I went to oecansofgames . com and boom I am playing the game for free and nothing went glitched yet.

I say STEAM and or someone who wants to sell their old games but the key won't work is illegal !!!

So because of steam and because I want to own the disk all that happened was I got a bootlegged game.

How can all you guys just take it up the ass, that stupid cookie reminder junk, steam locking one person to a game.
Hell what if you sell your car, goto jail ?

I remember when you had to sign up just to get patches, now they put you in a stranglehold to play anything. friggen crap
Now you go to the store and buy a stupid card and not the disk, pathetic.

The tabletop version of UT was the best one anyway.
