The website www.amazon.nl is active also for the dutch people.
You can find there alot of hardware also from ibm and hp.
Very much hardware for buying and alot of hardware for sale now also in dutch.
And alot of brands to choose from.

I can see a gardening stuff seller which doesn´t seem to sell computers or graphics cards.
