UT2004 messed up sub windows in UT edit.

I reinstalled, things look good , like surface , or build, windows, don't dare to update unless someone knows the problem, the buttons and fonts are messing up crunching them.

I did a reinstall, first version works. 3369 must be messing it up.

well I installed version 3323 and then 3355 the sub windows are still arranged correctly.
