There seems to be all sorts of stuff there. Apparently, one of them changes the announcer voices for UT2004 announcers, and if it works, a UT3 announcer shouldn't be hard either. There's a few spawn protection muties. And a few other thing I have no idea what they do.....

All this needs testing of course.
