Who loves Microsoft? We all love Microsoft!
After getting forced to reveal Microsh1t anything about me, I finally got the stupid key for the 60 day office 2007 trail. But shortly after starting the installation at the end... I got that
yearh!
Is that some kind of "I want to be become member of that club, but in order to enter the club house you need to be member" joke?
And people wonder about piracy?!
Just one hint: GTA 4!
Excellent. in 2 days I write a classtest in Access 2007! I love it!

Open Office FTW. There may be a few things that Office 2007 has that Open Office doesn't, but that's just because M$ is trying to create fake standards to force on the general population so that they "need" their products.

I don't want to encourage piracy so go and BUY that 1000$ Microsoft Office Ultimate Edition 2012.
Other than that... Open Office.

Problem solved. I got from a friend the enterprice installation files. But since the product key decides what version you are about to use and the 60 day trail key was accepted I have finally my demo installed. So the process yesterday was not for nothing.

It's copyright infringement. In all reality if you don't want to pay for proprietary software, then it's a good idea to support any free/open source alternatives that are out there. As more and more people learn about and contribute to open source projects, the less that the proprietary equivalents are worth using.Renegade wrote:It's not piracy, it's sharing.Myth wrote:I don't want to encourage piracy...

And that's why I'm switching over to Blender instead of 3dsmax. Heck! It even has features like Sculpting! (which makes it also a free alternative to Zbrush, which is also extremely expensive, but easy to distribute since it is a very small program)Lee_Stricklin wrote:It's copyright infringement. What is Microhard Access ?Creavion wrote:To bad that I write the CLASSTEST in MICROSOFT ACCESS 2007!
Oh and if you don't like OpenOffice installed ...try OpenOffice portable for USB sticks.
so you can use it on every PC without installation. Even civic-PCs like ...in schools ...or elsewhere. *hint-hint*

Re: Who loves Microsoft? We all love Microsoft!
Well the classtest is "written", it was not that bad as I expected, although I got a big surprise yesterday while I was running that demo - which I deinstalled already some hours later than. I could not do a shit with that. Nearly anything was locked in the demo. Yes I was hinted at the beginning by the nice programm that the demo would be limited by features. But specially since I could not do anything in access it was like renting a car but without the permission to drive it. (I also checked Word yersterday ... "cut", "copy" and "paste" were locked there, keyboard shortcuts were ignored by the program) So practising for the classtest was .. not possible at home. Told that a teacher today morning and he laughed nearly his ass off.
Lucklily I got some tips and hints from a buddy in school before. So, I still love Microsoft. Anyway, that was the last classtest for that this year. I dunno what will come next year...

Here's a standalone sculpting tool that was posted on Xonotic's forums. You may also want to check that thread from time to time to find more free to use and even GPL-compliant tools.UBX Master wrote:
