rumor has it ultimate games servers is about to shutdown. 25% of unreal server will die...

What? Why do they do it?? ...they mentioned all the customers get their money back but that means for me, it was payed and therefore can't be money the real reason. Or do I misread it??

I am getting this info from is sparky. mostly on FB he usually dumps it raw if it effects his players.

Clanwarz will be assuming Ultimate Game Server customers. If your game server, dedicated server or colocation is located in Atlanta, New York or Los Angeles you will not see any change at this time. If your service is located in Dallas or Chicago, the servers will be moved to the clanwarz network. You will have many new updated control features coming soon.
All voice servers will be moved to the Clanwarz network starting tonight.
We will be sending more updates soon.

I've never heard of UGS but from knowing someone who rent one from them, this is true.

Sad deal that 25% of the UT servers are going to go away.

Clanwarz will support our servers so UGS tells me. Rubi is setting up some servers on his host for us to use. I am still undecided what to do. I canceled all the Auto pay from pay pal as UGS said to do, and their billing system took all our servers off line this morning. Fixed now I think for time being.

so maybe it ok after all. believe things when they happen.

I got an email from them stating they would continue to host what was already up. Hopefully they meant the UT servers but the mail was a bit ambiguous. You could read it as them meaning the voice servers only if you wanted to take it that way.

Clanwarz has not make any attempt to move files or customers in Dallas and Chicago. They have also decided not to keep our customers in New York and LA. You should now try to find a new provider. We can no longer recommend Clanwarz. We do plan to keep all servers running until June 24th.
