Yeah, I know. It doesn't really make sense, since meteors just tend to contain a lot more energy, as they're just a big chunk of rock that hits the Earth head on at massive velocities, while an earthquake is just some tectonic plates brushing on each other with some weird sexy grinding of sorts. Man, those plates are kinda kinky, not gonna lie.

You know, I'd say many of those who voted are Japanese. That would explain it! Earthquakes ruined them many a time, so it would seem valid to infer they can ruin the rest of the entire Earth as well. After all, earth-quake!
