Is anyone here in contact with AngelHeart

Im working on a city map and want to use some of AngelHearts textures from his UT2004 map DM-2019-XS. The readme says not to use anything from that map without his permission, the readme includes an inactive email in it to contact him.....I believe Angelheart isnt active in unreal community anymore, but for my next map I want to do things the right way. Is anyone here still in contact with AngelHeart? Because if you are can you please direct him to this thread so I can see if Im allowed to use some textures. Thanks

Well, there's only 1 way to solve that
