They shouldn't have just a single question with always the same answer anyway, so perhaps the OP should take the chance to talk to the admin over there so it can be improved, specially when it's harder for humans than for bots, when it should be the opposite.
If they randomized the question with different numbers and letters, it would probably actually earn the name of "security question", because right now is just a 5 seconds hindrance for a real bot or bot maker.
