An FTP client is what YOU need to connect to an FTP server.

If you upload files to rushbase you need (filezilla FTP client) and the login details that rushbase owner might give you (or not).

https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client

Unless you want to host the files yourself, you do not need an FTP server or Web server.

btw: You can also upload multiple files at once in the browser. Do NOT click the button "click here or drop files to upload".
Just select the files you want to upload and drop them onto the button. The same way like you would move files from one folder to another.

So far the other stuff you asked is not that relevant, however, here it is:

FTP standard port: 21
http standard port: 80
https standard port: 443
(all ports could be changed by the server owner)

IP from ut.rushbase.net: see here how to get it
