UT99/Unreal sounds in apps?

Post by ANUBITEK »

So I'm curious about one thing: if I want to make an Android app, are some of the sound effects in UT99/Unreal license free and can be used in a app I can sell? I have an idea for an app and I just want sounds that I know of best in it. Wont share the idea yet but I'll post what I have when I've completed it. It might be free, we'll see after it is done.

I quite remember there was an app that let you play UT99 sounds and taunts.

Everything in default UT is licenced ...Ebic spend a lot of money on licences to use music and sounds in their commercial game.
