A little black boy, all thin and underfed, goes to him and says: "Sorry, sir... I don't eat since the other yesterday..."
The beachboy thinks a moment, then answer: "Great, you can go in the sea no problem!"

Oh yeah, it seems chewing something can calm you down a bit, good alternative to "break the f***in keyboard" technique
anyway, whenever my litl brother anoys me, I always go to the fridge and eat a sandwich or 2. Helps.
