Well since we still had some time i fixed some things and a minor thing or 2 arround my map.
So consider this the Ultra absolute mega Optimus prime version to be called uppon the gods to be jugded :ironic2:

And why didn't you use a version number?
When you fix something add a number or a letter or what ever to avoid confusion. :wink:

I can not play ExpEM 's map, im getting this error:

Edit: Wait, the readme says 227 editor. Could that be it? If not don't tell me it's my UT stock d3d render that is causing this....

Because this is EXACTLY the reason why I refuse to upgrade anything.... it causes nothing but compatibility problems....., I'm getting tired of this shit.
Every freaking map, especially in a contest map should be compatible with people with standard installations................................... :wth:

Ok, Here is my entry.

It's not done(tm) but it's good enough!

EDIT: @ reviewers, if you tested RC1, please test this one, it has MUCH better bot support, improved layout, more detail, and bugfixes.

There you go.

It's unfinished, has BSP errors, lighting bugs, performance issues, has no bot pathing whatsoever, therefore this is an alpha version, but it's rather broken for now, but it's the only version I can submit now, so there you have it.
I mean, you can play it online without issues (I think), but enforcers will be your only weapons, and you only have medboxes, redeemer and invisibility. :lol2:
It's probably going to end up at the bottom of the scoreboard.

No worries though, I am going to properly finish it for the final mappack after the contest. :)
The moment my schedule was messed up this week by external causes, finishing this thing properly in time was completely hopeless.

Me neither, but my error message is slightly different (on Windows):

I can start the map (team red) but got a lot of HoMs, keyboard does not work and so I cannot move (mouse works). I have to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to get back to the desktop and after that I get the above error message.
I rebuild the map with UnrealEd, but nothing changed. I exported the map as T3D, imported and rebuild - that map runs fine. So it might be a problem with textures or objects in MyLevel.

Memsys, your map needs a release thread (or did I miss it?). I'd like to post feedback/discussion on it.

EDIT: I was able to open the DOM map without any issues. Not sure what's going on.

D3D was borking, I recompiled my light hacker and all seems well now. Seems to have been part of the darkness issue too.
Tweeked the pathing a tad too.

Let me know if any other issues arise.
